To be honest, neither of us had ever done a detox yet, but I’ve thought about doing one before. Ridding your body of toxins sounds like it could be a good idea right? Problem is, when I think of detox, I think of food restriction. I get that not all detox’s are the same, but that’s just where my mind immediately wanders. And I love my food! Step 1: Morning Boost
